These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between k111 ("k111," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "your," "Player") who accesses, registers, or uses the k111 platform accessible at k111.bid and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager through k111, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the k111 platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by k111, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slots, crash games, colour prediction games, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other sports markets), and any VIP or loyalty programme operated by k111.

Use of the k111 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. k111 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity. k111 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the player's age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using k111 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. k111 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking legal capacity may not use the k111 platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered k111 account. The registration or use of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of k111 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

To access real-money gaming services on k111, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact information, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address.

k111 operates a Know Your Customer programme as required by its international gaming licence. You may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. k111 may request additional documentation at any stage of the customer relationship.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

k111 permits one registered account per individual and generally one account per household. Where k111 determines that multiple accounts are associated with the same household or device and are being used to abuse bonuses or promotions, k111 reserves the right to close accounts and void associated bonus winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k111 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. k111 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which can be configured from your account settings panel.

• You must not share your k111 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your k111 account on your behalf.
• k111 will never contact you to request your password or 2FA codes. Any communication purporting to come from k111 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify k111 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• k111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

k111 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. k111 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit at k111 is Pakistani Rupees five hundred (PKR 500). Deposits are processed in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between five and fifteen minutes depending on your bank's processing systems. k111 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Pakistani Rupees two hundred (PKR 200). Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, in certain cases, KYC document review before processing. k111 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within minutes of approval
• Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): within 1–3 business hours following approval
• Raast: within 5–10 minutes of approval

k111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse. Such reviews may extend processing times beyond the standard timelines stated above.

All transactions on k111 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. k111 is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

k111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail with respect to that particular bonus.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms communicated to the player at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• k111 reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are applied separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first unless k111 specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.

k111 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of any associated bonus and winnings, along with potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements while circumventing the spirit of the bonus offer
• Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer collectively
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a new player bonus

If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, k111 may deduct the bonus amount and any winnings generated from the bonus from the withdrawal amount, or may decline the withdrawal request until wagering requirements are met.

All games available on k111 are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

All k111 casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games, and colour prediction games) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. k111 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

k111's sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, international T20s, and other formats), football, UFC, and all other offered sports, are governed by the sports betting rules published on the platform. Key provisions include:

• Bets accepted before an event commences are settled at the odds stated at the time of bet placement, subject to the settlement rules applicable to the market.
• k111 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error in the odds feed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Delays in bet confirmation during live events may result in bets being accepted at revised odds or declined.
• Event postponements, abandonments, and other exceptional circumstances are handled in accordance with k111's Sports Betting Rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, k111 will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available game log data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player. k111's decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 16.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k111 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section will result in, at minimum, the immediate suspension of the affected account and forfeiture of all balance and pending winnings. k111 may also refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments; misrepresenting your identity; providing false information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using k111 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. k111 is obligated by its international gaming licence to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one k111 account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over k111 or other players.
• Use of Prohibited Software: Using any bot, automated script, AI-assisted betting software, or other tool designed to give an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities to generate profits outside the normal course of fair play. Identified exploit winnings will be voided.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks through your bank or payment provider for deposits that were genuinely made to k111 and used for wagering.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to k111 by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the k111 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, trademarks, and any other materials — is the proprietary property of k111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k111 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any k111 content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of k111.

k111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at k111.bid/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with k111, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

k111 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure storage of KYC documents, and strict access controls on systems containing personal player data.

k111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. k111 recognises that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as entertainment, a minority of players may experience difficulties controlling their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all k111 players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time limits on individual gaming sessions. k111 will notify the player when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure regular pop-up notifications that display session duration and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a short break from gaming (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which account access for gambling purposes is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from k111. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. k111 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from creating new accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k111 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the k111 platform.
• Interruptions to the k111 platform arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond k111's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised use of your k111 account where such use results from your failure to maintain secure account credentials.
• Any decisions made by players based on information or data displayed on the k111 platform, including but not limited to game statistics, sports data, or promotional information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit k111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

k111 operates as an entertainment service. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and the possibility of losing all wagered funds. You acknowledge and accept these risks when registering and using the k111 platform.

k111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void balances and pending withdrawals, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's payment provider
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• k111's decision to cease offering its services in any particular market or jurisdiction

You may close your k111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

k111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the k111 platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the k111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the k111 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Material amendments — those that significantly change your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice wherever practicable. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may be made without advance notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under k111's international gaming licence. k111 operates as an internationally licensed gaming operator, and the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction shall apply to matters arising from these Terms where not inconsistent with any mandatory applicable law.

Players accessing k111 from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and that k111 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services under Pakistani domestic law. It is each player's sole responsibility to determine the lawfulness of accessing k111 from their location.

In the first instance, any dispute or complaint regarding k111's services should be submitted to the k111 support team at [email protected]. Please provide your registered mobile number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. k111 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with k111's resolution of your complaint, you may request escalation to k111's compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the k111 compliance function who was not involved in the initial resolution. A final written decision will be issued within 14 business days of escalation.
